At RAM Game Room, we specialize in premium handcrafted game room furniture and luxury entertainment products. Many of our products are custom-built or made to order, and we work hard to ensure every order is delivered safely, professionally, and in excellent condition.

Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing & Production Times

In-Stock Products

Smaller accessories and in-stock products typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and processed.


Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most RAM Game Room furniture products — including poker tables, shuffleboards, dining tables, gaming tables, and other custom-built items — are made to order.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are listed directly on each applicable product page. These estimated timelines are provided to help customers understand the expected lead time before delivery.

Production and shipping timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product specifications
  • Customization requirements
  • Material availability
  • Current production volume
  • Carrier scheduling
  • Seasonal demand

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, but RAM Game Room will make every reasonable effort to meet the projected timeframe and communicate significant delays when possible.

Customers may receive updates regarding production progress and shipping schedules throughout the process.


Shipping Methods

Depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order, RAM Game Room may ship products using:

  • White glove delivery services

Shipping methods are selected at RAM Game Room’s discretion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.

For international shipping requests outside of these regions, customers must contact us directly for availability and custom freight quotes.

Certain remote or rural locations may require additional shipping charges and extended transit times.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Type of delivery service required
  • Accessibility conditions at the delivery location

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout or provided separately for oversized or custom freight shipments.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote delivery areas
  • Liftgate service
  • Stair carries
  • Difficult access conditions
  • Elevator restrictions
  • Inside delivery requests
  • Storage fees
  • Missed delivery appointments
  • Re-delivery attempts

Freight Deliveries & Inspection Requirements

Large furniture items are typically shipped via freight carrier and require customer inspection at the time of delivery.

Important Delivery Instructions

Before signing for any shipment, customers must:

  1. Carefully inspect all packaging and products
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading
  3. Take clear photos of any damage
  4. Notify RAM Game Room within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to document visible shipping damage upon delivery may affect the ability to file a successful freight claim with the carrier.


White Glove Delivery Services

Select products and delivery locations may qualify for white glove delivery service.

White glove delivery may include:

  • In-home placement
  • Packaging removal
  • Basic assembly

Availability and pricing vary by product and delivery location.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear and safe delivery access
  • Adequate doorway and hallway dimensions
  • Elevator availability where applicable
  • Safe working conditions for delivery personnel

RAM Game Room is not responsible for products that cannot fit through doorways, staircases, elevators, or other access points within the delivery location.


Delivery Appointments

Freight and white glove deliveries are generally scheduled directly between the customer and the delivery carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information
  • Being available during the scheduled delivery window
  • Ensuring someone 18 years or older is present to accept the shipment

Missed appointments may result in additional storage, re-delivery, or handling charges.


Shipping Delays

While RAM Game Room strives to meet all estimated production and shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Material shortages
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Labour disruptions
  • Seasonal demand
  • Force majeure events

RAM Game Room is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside of our reasonable control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Shipment rerouting
  • Returned shipments
  • Failed delivery attempts

will be the responsibility of the customer.


International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all applicable:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs brokerage fees
  • Customs clearance charges

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Shipping Damage Claims

If your shipment arrives damaged, customers must:

  1. Retain all original packaging materials
  2. Take photos of the packaging and damaged product
  3. Contact RAM Game Room within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Provide the order number and supporting documentation

RAM Game Room will work with the customer and carrier to resolve eligible shipping claims as efficiently as possible.


Refused Shipments

Refusing a shipment for reasons unrelated to shipping damage may result in:

  • Return freight charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Deduction of original shipping costs from any eligible refund

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.


Risk of Loss & Ownership

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the shipment.
