Very happy with this light fixture. I ordered it in grey, and the shades do have a somewhat shiny, reflective surface to them when not illuminated--more of a silvery grey than plain grey.
My son broke one of the shades within hours of installation, and Scott was absolutely fantastic helping me order a replacement. I figured I'd just be buying a new fixture, but the customer service went beyond anything I expected. I'd give it six stars, if I could. Thanks!

Our house was violated by a DUI driven car which took out our slate billiard table along with a great Toltec Saturn Firee lamp. It is no longer made so this was a great choice that matches our decor. Having the wharehouse inside the USA avoided tariffs. It arrived undamaged despite FedEx putting a ding in both cartons.👍🏼👍🏼
